What we believe
SUKHA is a Sanskrit term meaning ease, happiness, and wellbeing. Su means “good” and kha means “space” —suggesting a smooth ride.
In yoga, it’s the balanced comfort.
SUKHA in workplaces means easeful productivity: supportive culture, mindful communication, balanced workloads, restoring energy, fostering trust, creativity, and sustainable performance.

FAQ
1. Do participants need yoga experience?
No. We design sessions for all levels and office attire. Movements are low-impact and coach-guided, with alternatives for beginners and those with injuries.
2. Do we need mats?
Not for light formats. For deeper sessions or floor work, we can arrange mats on request. Chairs can be used for mobility and balance drills.
3. What space is ideal?
A meeting room or open area where people can stand and move comfortably. Aim for 2–3 m² per person, clear of cables/furniture, with good ventilation.
4. Can you run this in English?
Yes—Cantonese or English. Bilingual slides and handouts can be provided on request.
