This yoga wheel teacher training program offers a new glimpse of how yoga practice can be ascended. Introducing a variety of approaches to how a yoga wheel can be brought into our yoga practice, the training program aims at helping students to develop a better awareness of their body. The ultimate goal is that not only can teachers benefit from using yoga wheels in their practice, but they also can assist their students to enjoy yoga wheels effectively and safely. 

This course demonstrates different approaches to using a yoga wheel to assist, deepen, and better our yoga practice. The yoga wheel provides additional assistance in expanding and stretching, it also helps students of different levels to achieve a better awareness of their body. With regular practice, it will be able to help beginner to intermediate yoga partitioners to get into more challenging postures; it can also increase the range of motion in the spine, shoulders, and hips. The unique design of the yoga wheels provides comfortable support to our back, the rounded shape of it can also be used to offer additional challenges to our balancing pose.
